Clearly my career has centered more on bodybuilding than CrossFit, so naturally I was in the bodybuilding camp when the bodybuilding vs. CrossFit debates began. This debate began in a blog post that came out in 2012. I still write about CrossFit and have plenty of stories to tell, bodybuilding for busy dads. So a lot of these days, I don't even know what CrossFit is. I write about CrossFit workout photos on this blog because the purpose of my blog is to tell stories. I want the readers to find out more about how our bodies develop and get help developing their own bodies, not just how to be ripped, strong and fit, oxandrolone for osteoporosis.Some people, for their sake, may not understand that my goal with these CrossFit workouts is to help you develop a good fitness routine.
